We leveraged the pet influencer trend on social media to develop a campaign that both educated and entertained Costco customers about the pet medications available through the Costco Membership Prescription Program (CMPP).

While CMPP had previously relied on sporadic social media posts for awareness, our goal was to show product managers the power of a full-scale campaign in driving customer engagement and highlighting the benefits of a Costco membership.
​
After evaluating CMPP's marketing efforts, we conducted in-depth research into dog health, behavior, and the emotional bond between pets and their owners. Drawing inspiration from iconic figures like Snoopy, with his adventurous spirit, and the witty charm of 'The Far Side,' we crafted a unique campaign.

We presented several social media concepts, with one standout idea: a dog character designed to break through the clutter of everyday posts, capturing attention and resonating with Costco's audience.
